I make plenty of blunders. I've made plenty publicly here. This is a known and common theme. Staying back gives more hits but creates some bad numbers for the opponent. Leaving the ace shot gives fewer hits, but no bad numbers. The only question is the race. Since the count was given and the race close, holding the point was not a serious consideration. If the ace was covered and I rolled 6-3, I would still leave the four shot without a lot of thought, although I am not sure that would be right. I stand by my statment.

If some are missing this one, it's a great problem to post because it addresses a couple of fundamental concepts. I'm glad Adam gave it to us. We all know different things about the game and we all have different weaknesses.
