It is unbiased. Looking at each stream separately each obtained roll is random.

One thing to note is suppose that one uses each possible roll in each set of 36 games and does a multiple of 36 as the number of trials. If there is no ranking ties then each possible roll will also be used exactly once every 36 games for stream B as well. Ties would almost be because of dances anyways and then it doesn't matter what is chosen.
