On opening plays that are close a little bit of duplication can be enough to swing it. After 64R he has 54 and 43 as good 4's using the outfield checker in addition to the already good 42. Also after 62R there is a greater chance that the runner will be a blot in his outfield (or is it your outfield?) and the double shooters thus have more value than after 64R where it is more likely that the runner gets safetied somehow.
