Those are convincing numbers. I will have to reconsider.

I imagine that the prime isn't rolled home more than 2% of the time. But, that isn't the correct comparsion. The correct comparison would be the INCREMENTAL times that the prime isn't rolled home plus incremental lost equity due to distribution of spares after the closeout (which is probably very small at this point).
