On average Neil comes in on 3rd try so wastes about 16 hyperpips. I will guess that he gets hit a little more than 1/3rd of the time after entering (more if he comes in right away, a lot less if he comes in after dancing a few times) so on average an additional 6 hyperpips. So accounting for dancing Neil has 67 pips to Ray's 78. There is a lot more volatility which makes it a lot easier to take. Ray's takepoint is close to money play, just a bit higher becasue of limited recube power. I'll guess double and take.
