Yep: the new Joost options are good.

As for a "DVD distributor," there are a number of vendors that work with Amazon.com that will publish DVDs. WSOB Ent. has already produced the material. The DVD publisher can convert the PAL to NTSC for region 1 DVD players, and then offer the DVDs for sale on Amazon. I would think that a $39 price point would do just fine. WSOB Ent. should get 60% of this.

The setup cost should be minimal, and the only outstanding task for WSOB Ent. would be to design the cover art for the DVD case. You should be able to handle the transaction via mail.
