I don't know who would have rotated in to play if David passed, but the difference would have been huge. David arguably should have been one of the captains. So, he certainly was far stronger than the bench. I have some doubts that you covered the equity lost by taking this particular position. But, it is worth considering. I didn't think to consider the rotation when advising my team. You see all the angles Neil.
