OTB I made the right play. I was surprised to see at home how close the top 3 plays were and that Snowie on 3 ply thought bar/23 23/21(2) 6/4 was the best play. Everyone here I believe nailed this play too. After the first two 'forced' deuces of bar/21 I felt that abandoning the midpoint was not such an abandonment since I had made the 15 pt. and it connected my checkers a bit more. Also helped of course that it blocks White's men for now, and later on when White is forced off since he's way ahead in the race, it'll be nice to have some attackers aimed at that point. Small doubles are always hard to play, you'd think someone would have released a book on how to play doubles by now?!
