I looked at this a long time without seeing anything except making the bar. I'm sure that's what I would have done over the board. Leaving sixes and ones to hit looks really bad and the timing in general sucks. So, I will allow myself to overthink this and choose the play I saw at the last minute, 13-7, 9-3* retaining better timing if hit and moving the checker away from the front of the prime.
