Yes ..understood..but I hope the directors and staff types understand that having the same player on both sides of the bracket of blitz playoffs is a recipe for conflicts and delays arrising from those playoffs since if the guy keeps winning he's playing lots of blitz matches. True these are only 5 points, but they usually have to be squeezed in around LC (please use progressive LC no matter what !!!) and perhaps other side events.

Speaking of 5 pt matches, a prominent and long time player was complaining to me that he was in shock at how slowly some players were playing the early rounds of their 5 pt LC matches.
