Terminology for "super joker"

To get a "super"-lative designation, it really should be a single number or maybe two (e.g., "the 65 combination") that produces a huge equity swing compared to anything else that could have been rolled. The equity swing alone isn't enough...for instance, hitting with a five from the bar after he's forced to blot after a closeout may convert you from getting gammoned to being the game favorite, but with 11/36 numbers doing that, the one you actually rolled doesn't qualify to be called "super" anything.
