My calculation says ND/T.

Equities 1a-7a:91%, 3a-5a:66% gives white a TP of 9%, and blue a doubling window opening at 66/(66+9) = 88%

Basically a race, and applying the Kleinman count, and adjusting the pip difference by 1 for blue worse distribution, then the Kleinman coefficient is (94-76 + 4 - 1)^2 / (94+76-4) = 21^2 / 166 = 441 / 166 ~ 2.6 which corresponds to about 87% winning chances.

Blue is at least not better off for contact here, so does not seem to fall into the window.
