Redouble fast, with confidence... and see what happens. That will give you some information for later in the match. It will also make your opponent realize that 4 cubes are in his future if he doubles you early...

I think this is already a close to a pass... I would welcome a take, and don't mind starting off the match 2-0 if Stick passes.

I want my opponent to know I am willing to escalate the stakes early in the match, even if that is not how I like to play in general. He doesn't have to know that though!

Having lost this game on 2 or 4, when he doubled initially, my opponent will be more tentative in the future unless his constitution is stone, (or stick), solid.
