At first I was not sure that this was a double. Behind a 4 prime with Stick having a 4 pt board, and his entering chances were the same as my leaping chances. But finally I decided that the hitting 5s were just too big and in spite of the work to be done, there were a fair number of gammons to compensate. So I redoubled. I was hoping Stick would pass as there were too many ways this position could go bad quickly. Fortunately, he took AND things went my way. Only a set of boxes by Stick prevented me from starting this match with an 8-0 lead. A 4-0 lead was not sufficient as things would work out.
