I took a quick look at this, and it really seems that all you need to do is change the file extensions. I've done so and the tables seems to display fine in Firefox, despite some problems in the html (no closing tag for one of the tables, e.g.). I have had trouble with the board diagrams displaying properly in IE, however. I haven't nosed enough around the html to identify more problems, but they shouldn't be too hard to spot. If you're willing to change the extensions so Firefox users can view the pages, I'll have a go at trying to solve some of the other issues.
