Sure, but what's the equity loss from not redoubling the takes and missing the market? Probably quite small. Whereas redoubling early at this score easily leads to BK trips.

My point was that it is easier to understand and less prone to large error to always intend to double out at the score. You might make a small misjudgement and land in the doubling window, if so, lucky you.
