This might be a technical cube but I would tend to wait unless I thought opp was passing.

Passing is definitely an error/blunder...you are down 26, so the race isn't hopeless. You will also likely fill in the 5 & 4 points and opp has the 14 point as well as the midpoint to clear, and he's pretty stripped to boot. Long list of positives and little in the way of negatives.

Volatility is low but there is still the threat of market loss which can repeat over several rolls. But it looks like he's too stripped to cube this, so ND/T would be my thinking.
