To me this is a very simple issue: the odds depend strictly on how many tournaments Neil, Ray, Stick, Richard, Steve, and Petko are planning to play in from now until the end of the year. If they all play in all tournaments, then it's a no-brainer that Neil and Stick are huge favorites over the field based on their current standings and skills, with Neil having a decided advantage. If Ray or Petko Steve or Richard plan to make most of the rest of the tournaments and Stick and Neil do not, then you could flip a coin between them.
