Where do you put the blue blot when the white spare is on points 15-18?

You can put it anywhere. All you need to do is give blue a number that plays and leaves perfect distribution and roll out that play, it doesn't even matter if he could hit the blot or not, you're not concerned with that, all you want is to roll out the play that leaves the perfect distribution.
