No. The plays are done cubeful but the number you are reporting for all but the last case is based on gnu's estimate of win percentage at the time of a cash (or the game being rolled to conclusion). In other words it is an estimate of the cubeless chance of winning. But then for the 12 off case it is in fact the cubeful probability of winning that is given.
E.g for the 7 off case:
1. Rollout 10/6 Eq.: +0.111752
0.612000 0.000000 0.000000 - 0.388000 0.000000 0.000000 CL +0.224000 CF +0.111752
[0.000632 0.000000 0.000000 - 0.000632 0.000000 0.000000 CL 0.001264 CF 0.001899]
Full cubeful rollout with var.redn.
1127 games, Mersenne Twister dice gen. with seed 819570713 and quasi-random dice
Play: world class 2-ply cubeful prune [world class]
keep the first 0 0-ply moves and up to 8 more moves within equity 0.16
Skip pruning for 1-ply moves.
Cube: 2-ply cubeful prune [world class]
