Is Dulles OK ?

Dulles will be about a 45 minute drive with no traffic (toll road $2 or so, I forget with EZ pass) or ~50 cab ride.... or bus/metro is not a bad option either but maybe an hour or hour and half depending on timing.

Reagan National is almost walking distance, surely hotel shuttle 5 minute ride. Much nicer airport experience as well. Major renovation about 8-10 years ago very nice (your congressmen/women use it frequently).

Many more flight options from west coast from Dulles, National may not have any non-stops.
