As An Aside

None of these are earth-shattering but I have four distinct memories of games I have attended, not necessarily in order
1) Saw a relatively obscure player (Scott Woodward I think?) hit three home runs in one game for the Blue Jays at the SkyDome in Toronto back in 2002. This is bg-related in that we took a side trip after the Thousand Islands tournament that year to drive over to Toronto and stayed two nights at the hotel in the SkyDome and went to the game both nights.
2) On Labor Day 2006 saw what was almost the only no-hitter in the history of RFK Stadium in DC when the Nats' Ramon(?) - definitely not Livan - Hernandez took a no-hitter into the ninth against the Cardinals, only to lose the no-hitter with one out(?) and then with next batter he lost the shutout from a towering home run to center by Pujols (Nats still won)
3) Saw a Ravens-Vikings game some time way back in the '99-'01 time frame in Balmer where the same Vikings player had two kickoff return touchdowns in the same game, I think that was an NFL first. (Or maybe it was the same player twice in the first half that made it special?)
4) Saw Rams-Redskins game in 1986 at RFK, only got the tickets because the Rams were rancid that year and a Rams fan gave me his tickets because he didn't want to go. The Rams wound up winning a very exciting game, something like 30-28, that I also believe involved a couple of kick returns for TDs by the Rams.
Details of (3) and (4) are sketchy because there was some alcohol involved on those occasions.
