I have been taught to always make the four point with this formation. I've seen some exceptions, but not many. I don't see anything indicating a different play, so that's what I would do. The priming idea 8-7(2) would work better with two back. But, even then I would make the four point. There's no hurry to split the back checkers. Just make the natural play.
