I think we have to run 21/11.

- We won't be able to wait for a shot, we must run one next turn anyways if we can - and we risk both trashing our board and wasting in the race

- Attacking us is possible, but not risk free, if we hit back our 5 point board will usually prove strong enough

- The plain race is far from hopeless
