19% is the minimum takepoint only if there are no gammons (28.5% * 67%). The RO shows the fav with a net of ~3.5% g's (2 cube gammon price is ~.95). This raises the naive 2-cube takepoint to ~31.8% and raises the minimum takepoint to ~ 21.3% (31.8% * 67%). 70% efficiency would make the cubeless takepoint around 24.5%, but it seems to me that the cube is worth a lot less than normal here and you would need around 28% cubeless to take. Am I too pessimistic in evaluating cube ownership value in this position?
