Having been to Mike Corbett's lecture in Atlanta, I am wondering what funny faces all of those blots have.

Anyway, some of those blots aim to get hit, and white's best winning chances revolve around making the 23 point and getting as many checkers sent back as possible.

We can deny him that game plan right now by making the 2 point. Then I want that checker on the roof entering and getting the remaining checkers to crunch. If white hits to force a rehit, I want to be hit deep and then come off the bar onto a high point. So I want to avoid hitting and leave my back checkers right where they are.
