I know the recording replay was used in the attempted resolution of the Ray F./Rod dispute in Charlotte this year, regarding whether or not the dice were picked up at the end of the roll. I'm not sure if it was conclusive. I'm not sure of the ruling.

Sure seems it is nice to have the record. I think the instances of use of replay would be minimal. The very presence of the camera, doubtlessly, removes some potential shenanigans of the unscrupulous from the game.
