Blue (assuming blue is on roll)
epc ~ p1 + p2 + 3.5 * c - 4
c is number of checkers left
p1 is location of first straggler
p2 is location of other straggler
15 + 12 + (3.5 * 7) - 4
epc ~ 47.5

White
7n+1, n is number of rolls
13 or 14 checkers on the 1pt is 7 rolls
7*7+1=50

Conclusion
blue is on roll with about 2.5 pip lead.
7 roll vs 7 roll even position is about 68%
~2.5% per pip
So I'm guessing Blue is 75-76% to win this.
If White is on roll, I'll guess 40%

Anyway, still trying to understand this stuff and I'm not sure I'm doing it right yet.
