I'd make the 5 & 7 points. You're still a little down in the race, White has that blot on his 4, only 5 of the 15 hits also cover, and hit-and-cover (while bad) isn't devastating. You could also make the 5 and the 2 or play 3 down to the 7 and 8/2 but the former leaves you a little short on builders/attackers and the latter doesn't make any inner board points. Making the 5 & 7 also gives you more ways to hit if White runs part of the way out with his back man. Put me down for the 70s play of making the 5 and bar.
