Is this correct?: In matchplay, certain takeable cubes should be passed!

I started with the premise that it's 2-3% MWC better to be 0-4 to 11 than be 2-6 to 11. I'd get to 0-4 if the first four cubes offered to me have a 25% takepoint, and although I have 25% GWC, I drop all four. I'd get to 2-6 under the same conditions if I take all four cubes and win the expected one game of the four. Although the takepoints for the cubes are very close to 25%, the fact that they're not exactly 25% is what I overlooked. Thanks for pointing that out.
