Can somebody take a shot at analyzing this position? PRAT indicates D/P. And I don't see the cube coming back very often, so I'm not sure how the score plays into this: I don't see many gammonish redoubles.

As I see it, unless blue makes the 22 pt, blue doesn't have much of a game. Are we looking at a 33% chance of blue making the 22pt here, which will still result in being the dog?
