I've opted for 5 pounds instead of the 1. But I decided to mail it to myself at the hotel, though, so I wouldn't have to lug it on the plane..... effort is one thing, but I've calculated that between me and my transportation vehicles 6,103 Kcals of work gets done taking that 5 pound load from NYC to Chicago..... though shipping it directly there probably saves very little of that.
