Could it be that clearing the 7-point wins the rollout because GNU then runs with 6-x rolls?

GNU does not run with 61, you saw the rollout of 62 where GNU wanted to run and it was wrong by almost .030, GNU also runs with 63 where it's I believe wrong by roughly the same as 62, 64 is not even a .005 error so that can be ignored and so I think it will be correct to run with 65. So really GNU only gets 62 & 63 wrong that should be factored against the rollout results.
