My guess is that white will succeed in picking up the second blue checker somewhere around 1/3 of the time. If we say that white wins around 2/3 of those, white gets around 20% wins. The other 65% of the time, when white does not get the second checker and completes the closeout figure white wins around 80% of those games (13%) - but figure white also loses a few percent when blue manages to enter before getting closed out and escape. So call it 10%. So I'd estimate that white wins this game around 30% of the time. Certainly a take, but also in reach of a pass within one exchange.
Are there enough market losers? Seems to me that a dance by blue followed by a 6 by white is a market loss. Any blue dance/large double by white seems like a market loss. Any 2 by blue followed by a miss by white is certainly a market loss. Looks like a fair number of sequences.
