I can't speak for Bob but this sure looks scary at this score. You have 2 blots waiting to be picked up. Black has 9 checkers looming in the zone. Those men on the ace-point look to be in some considerable danger of being primed with fives and sixes blocked. I can quite easily see how you could incorrectly pass this - particularly given the situation and opponent.

Move Whites 2 men from the 4-point to the 3-point and this is a pass.
