I remember reading something by Kit Woolsey somewhere (probably on his site, but in his columns or as an OLM comment I don't recall) where there was a joker or anti-joker that went against Kit, and Kit's whole body language and demeanor went from happy to horrified, or something like that.

So his opponent doubled, thinking Kit would pass based on his reaction. Kit wrote that while there was a massive equity swing from the previous move or move pair, it was still an easy take, and not only that, it wasn't even a proper cube!

Moral of the story is that just because your opponent is visibly unhappy on how his position is, it doesn't mean he is going to drop.
