How to play illegally

both in play and in reviewing recorded matches I occasionally find illegal plays

I was involved in 3-4 this past weekend in Chicago, at least one I made and the opponent caught -- 3-4 caught over the table, I may find others in inputting matches

so, we all make them; but I'm also convinced there are a few that purposely attempt to get away with a beneficial illegal play on occasion

I'd give someone the benefit of the doubt unless it was repeated, or particularly egregious and supported by other circumstantial or anecdotal evidence; if someone is known for it (such as Sequeira or Savio) it's another story

I saw Stick make the illegal 2-1 play against Scott Casty and knew it was nothing but accidental

I also saw Ray F., in the Championship Final, not allow Larry Taylor to make a detrimental (to Larry) illegal play; kudos to those insisting on legal plays
