I wonder how this problem could be solved in the WebEx format. Perhaps, if you have a question, you could type “Question” or Question about xxxtopic” in the chat function, and then Phil could call on the questioner’s one at a time.

I really like this suggestion. Then I don't feel like I have to interject.
