Perry/UBK 21 to Play

13/10* is my play.

Much as I don't like to leave that blot on the 21 point to be covered, I think hitting there leaves too much counterattack by white. Furthermore, it forces 6/4 for the 2 and I don't like that either. Hitting on the 10 point buys time. Either way, I like keeping the anchor until blue has a better forward position, or white is on the bar.
