Typing in chat or sending me an email with the question both work. We could also do VOIP instead of conference calling and we could also do skype.

I like the VOIP option where no one can talk but the lecturer but people can type in questions in the chat box IF there is a large group...say over 15. In a smaller group, letting people ask questions works fine, and if it gets out of hand and we go to much into one area, or get off the subject, the moderator can take control and stop it.
