I don't recall such an email, though I certainly can't deny it is possible, as I have been known to criticize Rory for his big mouth.

For the record, there were times, before I really got to know Rory, where I really did not like him. After getting to know him I sincerely believe he is a very intelligent person, a gifted backgammon player, a devoted husband and father, and a person with a good heart. But possibly more than anyone I know, he pisses people off by saying the wrong thing at the wrong time. I can give you a long list of people he has pissed off and several that won't play in chouettes with him as a result, but I, personally, realize he means well and has a good heart but just can't keep his foot out of his mouth.

So in short, I would never say anything negative about Rory.
