The only issue that I commented on, and the only issue that I have half a clue to comment on, is how players from the USA vote on other players from the USA. I suggest that USA players, when determining how to vote, give greater consideration to active USA players who participated in recent years in some minimum number of ABT tournaments and achieved some minimum level of success. There's a lot of subjectivity in the voting, but it doesn't have to be without some objective standards, even if the objective standards are not strictly quantified.
