CMark is in the latest windows build available on the site. Once a match is analyzed you can then navigate through the moves/cubes. If you click ona cube decision you should see a "CMARK button". Clicking the button will mark the cube. To mark checkerplay, click on a position, then highlight the moves in the analysis pane that you want to rollout. Once at least one potential move (for the current position) is highlighted the "Cmark" button will appear active. Click "Cmark" and it will be marked.
After going through the match or game and marking all the positions you can now rollout as a batch. Go to the "Analyse" pull down menu, click on "Rollout" menu item, and choose "match" to rollout all the marked moves in the match. You can also do all the marked moves for the current game.
A new "CMark" menu item if on the "Analyse" pull down menu. The Cmark menu item allows you to show the marked plays (or clear them) on a move by move/game/match basis.
Please note (At present) that unlike Snowie you can't CMark moves/cubes across multiple files and analyze as a batch. The marks do not get saved to the SGF file either. Once you close a match file, the marks are gone.
CMarks are a work in progress, let the GnuBG team know if you encounter any problems/bugs by sending a message to bug-gnubg@gnu.org .
