We all owe Stick a lot of thanks for doing these rollouts and posting the results.

As far as I am concerned, the most interesting result by far is opening 64. The rollouts of four different bots (Jellyfish, Snowie-3, Snowie-4 and GNU) all get that making the 2pt is the best play with opening 64. I have been making the 2pt for at least a dozen years in money situations and it has worked just fine for me.

I have a couple of questions for Stick: (1) What is your play with opening 64 in a money situation and (2) What is the confidence interval of your GNU 140K rollout of opening 64?

In my experience, many players who never question the validity of a other long rollouts find all kinds of excuses not to believe the result of the opening 64 rollout: "The bots don't understand that position and don't play it so well.
