well in my opinion, everybody cares about the Giants list and it is the most trustable ranking even with some questionnable names. people are always talking about the americanisation of the giants list, the best idea is so eu players and asia and all rest of word start voting too!maybe online based voting will be much easier for everybody and will iscrease the voters with 30-40%.

Still i think there are 2 major problems with the Giants list: 1. point system- now for example if player A appears in 1 ballot and it is on 1st place- he got 32 pts,31 for 2 place and so on... But if player appears in 5 ballots with 25(8 pts) place, 31(2 pts), 30(3) ,28(5) ,26(9)(total of 27 pts) he will be behind player A who has only one vote(maybe vote from a friend). 2. people need to get more information while voting including active players, players results in international and national tournaments,level of play and so on....Now i get the feeling that almost 50% of the players vote on autopilot and people vote for same and same names "well i heard Falafel and Neil are good i will put them in top 3" "Well Pan won the world championship i will vote for him"-even without ever seen this player playing or so. "this guy won ABt with 17 players he must be strong,he even beat Kit"-lol he must be better then Kit then!
