Neil replies... Money play didn't really have much of an impact on my decisions as to where to place Howard on the Giants list.

Fair enough. But you knew Howard's game maybe better than anyone in the world at the time. Most of the other voters didn't have that privilege. If not for his rep as a strong money player, many voters might have looked at the previous n years of tournament results, and not been particularly impressed.
