I don't see several of these

They are there. The problem is you've tried to access them in the past and the blank page is cached. From the home page, bgonline.org, you need a hard refresh. Just hold down your F5 key for a couple of seconds and voilą, the rollouts of which you speak will magically appear the next time you try the links.
