Ok - here is an alternative World Championship Site that I intend to update with a Blog, Tournament Charts and Photos on a daily basis during the event:

Before the event itself there are Online Qualifiers by the sponsor casinorip.com - 1 player will win a package worth 3000euros.

Although it should be said these Qualifiers are of no use to US Residents. Has anybody spoken to Obama recently about changing your laws?

Neil Kaz, you mentioned in another thread about recording a live play final and sending it out live on the web. This idea is already being worked on for the World Champs Final. TMG did this in (I think) 2005. Not sure if it will actually happen this year but we've 4-5 weeks to get it working so I'm hopeful.
