Budget Systems for GnuBG

One Quad core Xeon 2.83ghz processor even in bulk quantities today will cost you $1000. Although 6 months from now it might be $500-$700/each with the new Nehalem and QPI systems being sold in large quantities.

I'd love to know where I can get just 2 (new) Intel Xeon 2.83ghz Quad Core processors for $900! (Forget the motherboard). Can you direct me to a site that sells them that cheap?

As for Dell, they do have a premium on their built systems, as I pointed out you can usually spec out a system with some discount by finding a local company or geek who can build to spec. Build it your own is also cheaper.
