Intermediate offset of X points versus Open

In Response To: ABT Point System Insight (mamabear)

Or there could be an offset of some # of points that balances out Open and Intermediate ELO's..... like using stats from events in which all player levels play, like the 1,2 and 5 point events.

I would favor keeping the intermediate ELO's anyhow, even if done as a separate pool.
